1. When will I receive my order?
All Baby-Saurus items are made to order, just for you! Please allow 2–7 business days for processing and another 3–10 business days for shipping (depending on your location). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations—unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, email us at info@baby-saurus.com within 7 days and we’ll take care of it.
3. My package says “delivered” but I didn’t get it—what should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting 48 hours and checking with neighbors or your local post office. If your package still doesn’t turn up, contact us—we’ll do our best to help.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to many countries around the world. Please note that customs fees or import taxes may apply, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
5. What kinds of products do you sell?
Our shop features keepsake books, milestone calendars, themed apparel, and gift bundles inspired by Baby-Saurus and his adorable dino family—perfect for celebrating life’s little moments.
6. Can I personalize an item?
At this time, we don’t offer personalization—but stay tuned! We're always looking for ways to grow our collection.
7. Do you sell digital products?
Yes! Some of our milestone products and keepsakes are available as digital downloads. These items will be clearly marked as digital in the product description.
8. How do I access my digital download?
